An important part of the body’s recovery is appropriate nutrition and we utilize a Mediterranean inspired diet to help boost brain recovery and improve the overall function of the machine that is the human body.

A Mediterranean inspired diet includes cutting down on processed foods, red meat and sweets. This diet helps with cardiac health, cancer prevention and boosts brain activity.
